Shipping policy

The length of time it takes to process, produce, and ship an item varies; please refer to the item's description for more information.

• Please allow up to ten (10) business days for clothing items manufactured in Canada to be produced, checked for quality, and to arrive stateside via USPS. Saturday, Sunday, and state holidays are not business days.
  
• Items made stateside will typically be processed and handed over to the shipping carrier within five (5) to ten (10) business days. Saturday, Sunday, and Federal holidays are not business days.
  
• The length of time something spends in the mail before it arrives to you depends upon distance and mail speed, inclement weather, COVID-19, the supply chain, et cetera. 
• Custom made products have their own timeline, please refer to the item's description for turn around time.

I am not responsible for lost or stolen mail. I can't afford to resend mail for free when you mistype your address or don't update your change of address with the Post Office. I have no control over it once I have handed it over to the carrier. However, I do offer Route protection for shipments that are lost, broken, or stolen. It is extremely affordable protection, especially for mail that isn't already insured through the carrier and for mail that may be stolen. You can activate it by adding Route to your cart at checkout to enable protection.
